    Hi Robert …
    240Β°C ? WOW – you are printing ABS right ?
    try to “melt” some ABS-Filament (only a few Centimeter) into some Acetone and coating the printingbed with that (not realy sure if Kapton resist! -I print on a IKEA mirror…)

    PLA works perfect for me with Hairspray (the strong -5- and cheap one from Rossmann) OR with the “ABS-Soup”, also (it was just a try and surprise suprise – work like glue on the glas πŸ˜‰ )

    Hi Q, problem solved … unfortunately i dont know the real reason for that …
    i reload the firmware from github, edit it and then
    i changed the Max_Pos X/Y to 200 (course i have only 200mm) and the Min_Pos X/Y to 0.
    after that every works like a charme …

    now the nozel is a bit far away from the glas … think i must make a z_offset in slic3r ?

    just a short question btw …
    is it possible to change the printbed dimension from 210 to 200 in the m372 command ?
    My (glas)bed is only 200.

    Will try to make a video of that.
    Dont know yet, course i’am realy tired (2h on German Highway at average speed ~200km/h) …

    the funny thing is, that before Step works good … AND on my 371-Post a few days ago this sequence work!

    Maybee i make a mistake in a corner of der Marlinware….

    try to make warm extrusion … same πŸ™
    must correct one sentence:
    “and you can turn the wheel of the extruder (no power)”
    no – i can not turn the extruder manual – so power enabled

    buaaaaaaaaaah! *wailing* sorry, i’am twichy πŸ˜‰

    AH! maybe a good idea ..
    possibly it has somthing to do with “#define PIDTEMP” ?
    I try to extrude cold … and the system want to prevent this(with a nice sound”modul” πŸ˜‰ ) and on original marlin this is not enabled (or? upps – must take a look)

    try to comment #define PIDTEMP but have compile errors …

    πŸ™ orginal firmware has it too …

    whatever … – i will try to warm extrude now

    i canged the offset to -80 not to -70(just for fun)
    and it works … ok, now the nozel is about 5mm over the 0-Line … think i don’t care about, or?

    #define SCARA_offset_x 100 //mm
    #define SCARA_offset_y -56.5 //mm

    changed min/max from x+y from your original -10/210 to 0/200
    will test …

    min/max change no difference ..
    will change SCARA_offset_y to -70 (need about 15mm+) and check
