      Hello (again),
try to finish my Morgan …
      just a question:

in your calibration guide u wrote

      1.8 with 16 is 107*1,25 for a 16 Tooth Pulley

      I’ve a T2 belt with T2 Pulley with 20 teeth (18mm) 1,8° and 1/16

The calculator on http://calculator.josefprusa.cz/ gave me this for the M92 Command:
      Result
      80.00
      Resolution
      12.5micron
      Teeth
      20
      Step angle
      1.8°
      Steping
      1/16th
      Belt
      2mm

      80 is right ? Multiply with 1,25 ?

      Regards
      Whiskey

Have not checked yet. The idea is to get it close, and use the calibration routine to get the correct values.

It depends on many factors… that is why the calibration routine asks you to enter it roughly, and then it is determined by the movement of the machine.

M360, M361 and M364 are codes designed to bring you close to where you need to be, and then adjust by hand until the condition is met (Arm parallel to platform in one, 90deg between arms in the other.

if M360 does not work, jig it by hand until it is in the right position, M114, and do the M206 step.
Then jog by hand until the arm is 90deg to platform, and take the reading as per the flowchart. This is the way to get the real M92 step values.
