They will work, but I would recommend getting two of the DRV8825 high current stepper drivers, in order to get the 32th uStepping on at least the motors for the arms. You can use the 1.8 deg motors on Z and extruder with no problem, and i have them on the first Morgan… They do work.

I prefer the 0.9 deg motors for the arm though.

Can you explain the benefits of 1/32 stepping and 0.9 degree motors?

With an articulated arm system like Morgan, your movement resolution is inportant. The finer the motor movement, the smaller the steps, and the better the print quality. 400 with 32uStep is the cheapest way to improve resolution.
