I am starting through the Calibration process as documented on the Morgan page. So far I haven’t gotten further than the M360 section of the flowchart. Things seem to be getting worse, I must be misunderstanding something.

      – Is one of these terms supposed to be converging to a particular value? If so, which one, what value?

      – Maybe I am typing the m206 command wrong, and the results are ignored? Here it is (without quotes) “m206 X-27.58”, with one space between “6” and “X”.

I have collected all of the log values into a spreadsheet. I will spare you all the torture of reproducing them here. I will be enormously grateful if someone could contact me off-forum, so that I could send this spreadsheet for intelligent analysis. I am a humble wrench-guy, not a mathematician. (crickets)

In addition to my calibration puzzle, I’ve noticed something odd about axis movement. Jog commands (via Printrun for Mac) for Y and Z move to the proper extent. Jog commands for X only go half as far as they should. (G0 X200 will only move halfway across the build plate.) It’s not a problem with steps-per-axis, or microstepping, since the Theta and Psi wheels move at the same rate when I do a G28, Home All.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. (Other than “go build a rectangular printer”.)
