KeymasterHave you sourced the other components already?
The kit is actually very well priced. I could not buy al the components for the same price – bulk buys actually work…
Printed plastics alone should be about R500 plus shipping.

ParticipantHi Quentin,
I was also wondering if it would be possible to get the printed parts only. R500 + shipping sounds fine if that is your final price

KeymasterI have asked Peter to add two more packages to the OpenHardware.co.za offers. One will be Printed only, and another Vitamins only.

ParticipantHello !
I was wondering if some other kits will be available. The page on this link won’t even load on my computer.
Anyway, maybe as I live in France, the shipping fee would higher the price too much, and I may just have to print/buy the parts directly here in France. What do you think ?Thank you for your answers,
Florent
PS : I’m really excited, your 3d printer design seems a good and cheap way to start 3d printing ! Thanks !

KeymasterI suggest you find a friend to print the parts for you in France. Electronics etc. is better priced in Europe than in South Africa anyway.
