Hi everyone. My dad and I have been building a Morgan for a few months now. We printed the parts using a modified CNC router that my dad built. It was a bit slow for 3D printing so we settled on building a Morgan! We’re still fixing some bugs with our system, and after using an M8 rod Z axis we’ll be changing the the drill bit that you’re all using. I’ve linked you to a video of the unit on Youtube. It’s got a home made water cooling system which works well. There a few other minor changes, from using a few different materials and such. From memory it took nearly a year to build the first CNC router, then 7 months to change it into a reliable 3d printer, followed by 4 months to print and build the Morgan. Slow going, hehehe. Might have been easier just to buy one in the first place. Although that would have cut out half the fun. Here’s the link. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yD6vdgvvPgA&feature=youtu.be
