Distance between base and platform

Hi Quentin –
I am toying with the idea of replacing your pipes with a box type design. I am hoping it will aid in keeping the temp a bit more constant around the part during the print process. Can you tell me the exact distance between the bottom of the top platform and the top of the bottom platform?

The distance should be 420mm

Distance not critical though… make it more if you want to print taller pieces. The first Morgan has 510mm between the plates.

I will make the first one 420mm and then we can make it bigger if needed.
I am still printing all the required plastic parts on our modified cnc machine at the moment. As soon as I start with the actual build I will post progress.
