Clara, our french Morgan !

HI!

With a friend, we want to build a Morgan. For us, this project is named “Clara”. French guys will know why ! 😉

It’s the very beginning of the projet. Thomas, my friend, is working on mechanical purposes and I’m working on electronics.

Your English is fine!

Yes, I like RAMPS and it has served me will on my machines so far. It is perhaps the most widely supported and trouble free electronics available to the DIY 3D community. Can’t go wrong.

The stepper drivers that come with it is ok, but you may want to get two DRV8825 based drivers, like the Blackbox Coolsteps, or the pololu’s (with modification of course) for the “X” and “Y” drivers. These needs the 32uStepping for better positional control.
