I’m in a similar situation – looking for a reprapper here in Perth to print the parts but I’m also open to purchasing from South Africa.
I’d really appreciate if you could let me know about the international shipping costs, it would make the quest to build a Morgan far easier to buy directly from you! 🙂

I can print parts for australian users, I’m starting to make one myself, almost complete printing the files. The more making it the easier it will be trying to fix problems as a group.
I ran into problems with the copper pipes in 15mm and 22mm not being available here in Australia. So I had to change a few of the files to try to get around it.
Also the feet had to be changed as the PVC pipe OD 32mm also doesn’t exist here or is hard to find. Anyway it can now be made from 16mm and 25mm OD “1mm thick” aluminium tubing and 25mm PVC pipe from bunnings after I changed some files. Will post some pics when I start to assemble it this weekend.

I’ve also had issues finding the parts locally. Hadn’t considered altering the files yet, I’d love to know more about the changes you’ve made.

Here are some pics I haven’t finished the assembly but everything works, just need to add the motors/belts etc.

Files/things that were changed from the default setup for au are the following
1: Morgan_arm_theta_a to accommodate 25mm tube but still use 608zz bearing.
2: Drivewheel_tube to accommodate 25mm tube but still use 608zz bearing.
3: Bed arms left and right to use 16mm tube
4: The feet will need to be trimmed or scaled up to take 25mm pvc. I just trimmed them and used a plumbing joiner to go from the default feet to the 25mm pvc pipe. They are only like 50cents from bunnings. I Was too impatient to change the stl.
5: The Z mount top I also skipped changing the stl file and just used Emery cloth / sandpaper to make the 6805Z bearing fit the 25mm aluminium pipe since it’s ID is 25mm.
If I were to do it again I wouldn’t sand it and just change the z_mount_top stl and just go to the next size up from the 6805Z bearing so the 25mm pipe fits easily. You would also need to change the 09-22mm_6805_bearing_adaptor stl file that fits over the pipe to accommodate this change.

I’m also interested in taking you up on that offer to print the parts. Do you have a personal email I can contact you by? I’m finding that all the 3D printing services here in Aus are far too expensive to justify and most hobbyist printers have too small a print bed to get the job done.

Hey sorry for the real late reply TimF if your still interested I’ll offload all the parts I already printed and assembled with my current morgan, excluding the hotbed. With the other projects i’m building it doesn’t look like i’ll finish it for some time, not looking to make any profit just the majority of the costs for the bearings etc.

Good to see your progress steveoz and the design changes you made to use 25mm & 16mm pipes from Bunnings. I also live in Oz and last year I built a ‘repstrap’ version of Morgan and used the same pipes for the arms as well. I used no printed parts except for the extruder. Printing accuracy is not perfect but good enough to make my first set of real parts. (I posted details in this forum, but the November postings seem to have been lost).
I used 32mm OD PVC for the supports which I did find in Bunnings. The trick is to go to the electrical department rather than plumbing – as 32mm class-A conduit. Class-A conduit only comes in orange. There is also a grey class-B version but that has thinner walls and is not as rigid. Conduit is considerably cheaper than similar plumbing pipes. You obviously don’t need this now for your build, but other Oz builders like TimF may find this info useful.
